McDonald's sur Creteil

We've always used the drive-through service, we've never had any bad orders or forgotten items.

The staff are always attentive and smiling, and the service is very fast. I highly recommend them!

Frankly, I was disappointed with the drive-thru organization. I was behind a car with five other people, all of whom placed different, rather complex orders, which took a very long time. I had simply ordered a Big Mac meal, something quick. The problem was that my meal was already prepared, but because I was stuck in the queue behind them, it had time to get cold. As a result, I received a cold order, which wasn't my fault. They really need to rethink how they organize the drive-thru in these situations: for example, a dedicated queue for small orders or a solution to prevent simple orders from getting stuck behind long orders. It's a shame, because the service could be much more efficient with a few adjustments.

Great place to eat, very helpful, the fries are good and the service is fast and super, a little shout-out to a really nice waitress (she's a short black woman).
