I must be unlucky! The milkshake machine isn't working, or they're out of flavor... I've gone there three times specifically for this, and three times for nothing!
Why isn't this information posted on the signs?
You wait, then they tell you it's not working... And some of the staff aren't very customer-oriented! What a waste of time! The three stars are for the restaurant's interior, which is charming.

There are only 5 employees. We ordered 4 meals and it took forever, especially since we were the only ones there.
I've never seen a McDonald's like this.
I suppose they'll step it up if they get a lot of customers.

We stop there on every trip on the A62 between Bordeaux and Narbonne (Ionity charger), the best McDonald's in our opinion; the fries are better than anywhere else, and the same goes for the sandwiches. The service is always very pleasant. Well done!

I went to this franchise with my children this afternoon, and certain details regarding the service couldn't be ignored. The addition or omission of certain elements in the burgers (tomatoes/pickles), the quality of the meat, the presentation, and so on. Despite the manager's efforts to improve our experience, the decline in service quality at our local McDonald's saddens me.
