There are only 5 employees. We ordered 4 meals and it took forever, especially since we were the only ones there.
I've never seen a McDonald's like this.
I suppose they'll step it up if they get a lot of customers.
We stop there on every trip on the A62 between Bordeaux and Narbonne (Ionity charger), the best McDonald's in our opinion; the fries are better than anywhere else, and the same goes for the sandwiches. The service is always very pleasant. Well done!
I went to this franchise with my children this afternoon, and certain details regarding the service couldn't be ignored. The addition or omission of certain elements in the burgers (tomatoes/pickles), the quality of the meat, the presentation, and so on. Despite the manager's efforts to improve our experience, the decline in service quality at our local McDonald's saddens me.
The restaurant is impeccably clean; tables, seats, floors—everything is perfectly cleaned.
Congratulations to the team! It's rare to find such meticulous cleanliness in this type of restaurant. Well done!
