Meals were served quickly, especially the hot sandwiches and fries. The big problem? Hygiene! The toilets were dirty! The tables and floor were filthy. And nobody ever came to clean the trays, glasses, etc. Seriously, they really need to address the hygiene!

McDonald's lacks dynamism. The inside of the hamburger was cold and the cheese barely melted. The restrooms are in a sorry state. It's a real shame. It reinforces the idea of junk food. A real shame.

Ordering breakfast at the kiosk, after paying, we heard someone say, in a rather disgruntled tone, "Who sold us chocolate croissants? We didn't have any!" I ordered a latte, and again, "Who sold us a latte?" The machine wasn't working. We waited almost 10 minutes at the counter before anyone arrived. An employee who was just arriving heard me say, "We're leaving," and no one moved.
The toilets were dirty and the faucets were disastrous.

We regularly order from this restaurant. Tonight, we were very disappointed to find only 12 nuggets in our box of 20?! Eight nuggets missing is just shameful! We already check our orders because sandwiches are often missing, but now we have to open the boxes and count what's inside—it's disappointing.
UPDATE: After a call with the manager, the problem was resolved, and with our next order, we received 9 free nuggets.
Thank you to the manager for his understanding and quick response :)

We arrived late (2:30 pm), and there were a lot of people at the self-service kiosk, including three that weren't working, so there was a bit of a queue when we arrived. But after ordering, the service was quick. The parking was easy to access as it's next to the Intermarché supermarket.

When we ordered two Daim cappuccinos at the kiosk, we received two regular cappuccinos...it's always the same thing. So the service wasn't there...And it's not the first time. 😔
