On the evening of Saturday, March 14th, we had the best night of our lives with our girlfriends at McDonald's, and it was made even better thanks to a worker, Adam K, who made us laugh so much and had a great time at McDonald's. He deserves recognition!

Ordering at the drive-thru. I asked for a New York wrap. Having worked at McDonald's for five years, the idea of ​​anything other than the iconic New York wrap was completely foreign to me, so I was surprised to discover a McFish New York, a recently introduced item. The crew member didn't ask for any clarification when I ordered a New York wrap. It would be wise to brief your team to avoid this kind of misunderstanding. I'm not a big fan of fish products, but I'll eat it anyway, though I hope I won't be disappointed.

We went through the drive-thru this Wednesday, March 4th, and the young woman was incredibly pleasant and smiling. While I had to add an extra meal at the register, I wasn't the most pleasant customer. But despite that, she remained welcoming and polite. Again, I apologize and thank you. (Nothing was missing from the order.)

14/03/2026: McDonald's is conveniently located in the southern part of La Roche-sur-Yon. Upon arrival, I saw that the parking lot was full of McDonald's trash. I noticed that the bins were overflowing; it was 12:15 PM. I went inside, ordered easily, and was served quickly. Unfortunately, the fries and the Big Tasty were almost cold. I also noticed that the floor and the booths were dirty and slippery. No one cleans the tables after a customer leaves. I am very disappointed by this real lack of cleanliness, both inside and out.
08/02/2026: I'm not usually pleasantly surprised by fast food chains, but I think it's worth mentioning when the review is positive. Quick meal while passing through La Roche. The burgers were hot, the fries crispy and salty. The service was impeccable with friendly and helpful staff (a shout-out to the drive-thru employee on February 6th around 1 p.m. with the joke), nothing to complain about, really very satisfied.
