Too bad, I placed an order and wasn't paying attention, I grabbed my Fleury Cocount. Instead of an MMS, too bad for me 🤣🤣 he brought it back. And I realized my mistake. I told him, and the guy barely knew what to say except he couldn't refund me because I agreed. It's happened to me before. And they've always exchanged it. But it's my fault. The waiter could have spoken better. Then we'll be surprised when customers get angry over nothing.

It's a shame that my upstairs room is closed in the morning. Despite the staff cleaning, it's sometimes dirty, especially the toilets which stink.

After an issue with an order, he took the time to understand my situation, call me back, and find a suitable solution. He was understanding, sincerely apologized for the inconvenience, and handled the situation with great professionalism and kindness. A big thank you to him for his excellent customer service. This kind of attitude makes all the difference and deserves to be highlighted. I wish him and his entire team continued success.

06/08/2026: We had mixed feelings about our experience. The welcome and service throughout the meal were rather cold, which wasn't very welcoming. On the other hand, the bartender was very pleasant, smiling, and friendly. The meal itself was decent, and the service was quick, which was appreciated. However, the desserts disappointed us: the crepe was undercooked on one side, and the sundae, although made with good ice cream, was served with a strange, completely set caramel topping, giving the impression that it had been prepared and stored for some time rather than freshly made.
31/07/2026: We had a very good meal for a reasonable price. The menu is very varied (not just crepes), which means there's something for everyone. The staff was very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant. A very pleasant experience that I'll be repeating next week with my mom 😋👌
