McDonald's sur Rouen

Yeah, it's not the cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen in all the chain I've been to since I was a kid. It's okay if you're really hungry and have some extra points to use. But the hygiene is still a problem... It's a recurring issue with this kind of place, but when you mention it, they practically tell you to get lost. So, yeah... You just keep quiet and walk on. It's a shame, it's not far from my place. But I prefer to walk to the right bank to see the one downtown, which is simply magnificent from the outside and is cleaner and more welcoming.

I come here often and I really like it. The Big Mac is a must-try.

Too bad, I placed an order and wasn't paying attention, I grabbed my Fleury Cocount. Instead of an MMS, too bad for me 🤣🤣 he brought it back. And I realized my mistake. I told him, and the guy barely knew what to say except he couldn't refund me because I agreed. It's happened to me before. And they've always exchanged it. But it's my fault. The waiter could have spoken better. Then we'll be surprised when customers get angry over nothing.

It's a shame that my upstairs room is closed in the morning. Despite the staff cleaning, it's sometimes dirty, especially the toilets which stink.
