McDonald's sur La Courneuve

A very disappointing experience at this McDonald's today at 11:15 AM. I found some strange items in my cup. My boyfriend went to ask for a replacement, but received no apology whatsoever. The new cup was only half full, and the employee charged us €0.50 for an extra sauce we wanted, without any gesture of goodwill. The staff was very unkempt, with poorly tied-back hair, especially that of the so-called manager. The lack of hygiene was blatant, both in the cup and in the staff's appearance. What shocked us most was the blatant lack of respect and consideration. We politely pointed out the problem, but received only curt replies, delivered in an unpleasant tone, with an attitude that made it clear we were bothering them. We were polite from beginning to end, but were treated as if we were in the wrong. This is simply unacceptable: customer respect and satisfaction seemed to be the least of her concerns. When we returned to ask for her name to leave a comment, she refused to give it to us. When we suggested calling the manager, she insisted it was her. A particularly regrettable lack of professionalism and business acumen.

I've ordered click and collect from the parking lot about ten times, and thank you for setting up this service! Very little waiting, nothing left in the bags, fresh products, and very polite staff!

The Caesar salad was ridiculously sparse. The lettuce was all wrinkled and squashed, the croutons were soggy, and there was no tomato. The chicken was good. What's more, the self-service kiosk didn't offer me Caesar dressing. It was the employee who noticed I didn't have any and brought it to me. In short, not a great experience for my visit that day. However, the parking lot is large and accessible to everyone. The dining room is well-maintained. The service was quick, and the waiter was friendly.

Free the prisoner and return his pouch. 50/50. Revive Ancient Memeic Unit.

A McDonald's that does its job very well, rare enough to be rated 5 stars!

I never eat McDonald's, but THIS ONE is exceptional! The staff is super friendly, very efficient, and very patient because I'm very difficult! I'll be back, thanks again!
