From our very first interactions, we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism. The organization was impeccable from beginning to end. The manager is a genuinely kind person, attentive, available, and always ready with helpful advice. He played a huge role in making our day a resounding success. The decorations were magnificent, the various rooms can be adapted to suit all types of events, the veranda is very pleasant, and the terrace is a real bonus for enjoying sunny days. As for the meal, everything was excellent. The dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented. All our guests were delighted. The service was simply exceptional: the servers were lovely, smiling, attentive, and incredibly kind. We didn't have to worry about a thing; everything was handled with remarkable efficiency and discretion. Organizing a wedding is often stressful, but thanks to the entire team at Le Charitois, we were able to fully enjoy our day and create unforgettable memories with our loved ones. A huge thank you to the whole team for your dedication, professionalism, and kindness. 15/07/2026: A very bad experience. I wanted to try this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. Over 30 minutes waited for the appetizers, then over an hour for the main courses, which were served one at a time. The waiter forgot the naan I ordered as an extra and didn't even clear the appetizer plates. The service was disorganized and far too slow. An experience I do not recommend. If you can get away, get away!

There were bones in the salmon, you're served every 25 minutes, and bottled water costs 5.50 euros. It's unacceptable! Run away while you still can! I had diarrhea, and that's not even mentioning the fact that it's not labeled halal and the waitress made fun of my clothes.

The staff's attitude was unprofessional and, at times, seemed rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with a minimum of courtesy. 03/08/2026: A disgrace. We were the last order at the kiosks. Barely after we ordered, an employee came to turn off the kiosks and complained that other orders had come through. The employees were arguing because they were "supposed" to finish at 11 pm, but other customers insisted on ordering from them. Completely unprofessional; we could hear them complaining and arguing. Some customers received their orders in person, and the employees turned off the lights two minutes after receiving them. I've worked in the restaurant industry, and I know it can be frustrating to receive last-minute orders, but that's the way it is. You need to review your policy or implement make-up time for employees who have to stay late. Half the menu was unavailable. We went home with our order, even more disappointed. We had ordered two XL meals, dips, and a Giant burger, and we realized that we had received two small, half-filled cups of drink with each meal. That's not even half the size of an XL drink. The fries weren't XL either. I often order here, but I can confirm this is the last time; there's always a problem with the orders.
