McDonald's sur Valence

I occasionally get takeout from this McDonald's, usually in the evening. Since the change in management, I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the wait time is perfectly acceptable, the food I order is good and meets my expectations, and the furniture, surfaces, and restrooms are very clean, even late at night. In short, despite what some may think, the main qualities expected in fast food are definitely present in this restaurant, which are based on operational efficiency, teamwork, thoroughness, and a strong sense of service. Thank you to this new team!

I'm not giving 5 stars for the franchise, which doesn't deserve a single one, but for the employees who are incredibly friendly, especially right before closing time—they're wonderful. Big hugs to you all, and congratulations to whoever recently got their license! 🫡

I found the place clean, the food was decent, and the staff very friendly.

Attentive and very helpful manager

The entire staff was very friendly. It was our first visit to this Valence McDonald's while on a getaway to the city with my fabulous colleague! For the occasion, we ordered the Spiderman meal, being a huge fan of the famous "neighborhood spider"! We weren't disappointed! ;-)

This McDonald's is always great. Plus, they're generous with sauces when you ask for them. Apart from the homeless people loitering in front of the restaurant, there's nothing to complain about.

The food was fine and the order was ready quickly. Unfortunately, I got the impression that the staff were more preoccupied with each other than with the customers. When I wanted to warm up baby food, I was barely noticed. That is a shame, because with a bit more attention to the guests, the experience would be much better.
