My first impression, I must say, lived up to the chain's reputation: nothing extraordinary, but perfectly acceptable. The service was commendable, with young staff who were dedicated and serious despite their obvious lack of formal training. As for the food, it's what you'd expect from other fast-food restaurants: filling without necessarily exciting the taste buds.

17/11/2024: A one-night stopover and pleasantly surprised by the excellent welcome, the cleanliness of the premises and the room. Thank you and well done. I also recommend the Campanile restaurant just opposite the hotel which is run by very friendly and professional people.
