CUISINE The menu features seasonal cuisine prepared with high-quality ingredients. Dishes are beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, and flavors are well-balanced. The wine selection is a real asset, allowing for excellent pairings. Portions are generous, although some may find the prices slightly high depending on the choices. SERVICE The welcome is professional, and the staff takes the time to advise customers, particularly regarding food and wine pairings. Service is generally smooth, although the pace can be a little slower when the restaurant is full. AMBIANCE The setting is elegant without being pretentious. The dining room is pleasant, and the terrace is a real bonus on sunny days. The atmosphere encourages you to take your time and enjoy your meal in a peaceful environment. MISCELLANEOUS Parking is easy thanks to the available spaces nearby. The presence of a wine cellar and a gourmet grocery store nicely complements the experience and allows you to leave with some local products. Strengths The quality of the ingredients, the seasonal cuisine, and the excellent wine selection are what make this establishment so renowned. Weaknesses Prices can seem a bit high for some dishes, and service can be slow when it's busy. Overall, this is a place I readily recommend to those looking for refined cuisine and excellent wine pairings. I will gladly return.
