We ordered takeout, but something was missing from our order, which can happen. However, we had to go back to the store to pick up the rest after calling ahead. The truly disappointing aspect was the reception upon our return: no apology, no consideration for the trip, and a particularly cold manager who didn't even speak to us. I wasn't asking for a discount, just a minimum of respect and professionalism. It's a shame, because this kind of situation could easily be rectified with a simple "sorry."

Hello. I ordered three Happy Meals and a large fries, plus one small one. My order arrived, but one extra fry was missing, and the book was missing from one of the orders. And yet, it wasn't crowded... These oversights are becoming more and more frequent. This needs to be reviewed...

It's become very expensive. On average €30 per person, it's not just food anymore, it's fine dining!
