Hello everyone, I'm giving 5 stars in all 3 categories because for the food, the staff are very welcoming, they serve us in what I would say are fairly short timeframes, the food is good and it's hot, for the service, the staff who serve us are friendly and the tray is clean (even if sometimes, this isn't really the case) and for the atmosphere, there is a good atmosphere and the place is very welcoming and makes you want to go there so that's my experience at the McDonald's in Coutances.

Clean, friendly welcome, quick service, just one downside: the price of the sandwich is outrageous... eating McDonald's will mean being rich if this keeps up.
It's a shame, it's good even if it doesn't look like the pictures...

A €12.75 drive-thru meal without fries in the bag (McShaker fries) is a first! A little tip for the kitchen staff: Check the orders, guys! It's not our job to check if you've done your job!
It's a shame because the staff themselves are friendly.

We came on December 16, 2025, at the beginning of the evening service, and were very satisfied with the young waiter, who also handled the payment. He checked to make sure our order was correct before leaving, which was very much appreciated. He was kind enough to comfort our son after he'd gone to bed and cried. In short, we're not rating the restaurant itself, but the person who took care of us that evening. We wish him a very successful career, whether in the restaurant industry or in customer service.
