Employees are doing their best, but how can they possibly do their jobs well when there are so few of them and they're trying to handle everything at once? It's humanly impossible.
We miss the old days when there were many more staff members, and especially without the machines. We were served much better then. It saddens me to see employees suffering like this. Yet they don't complain...
And it's incredibly noisy too. My joy in going to McDonald's has been dampened...
Finally, the price has doubled, or even more, since the pandemic.

First and last time.
I placed my order through the McDonald's+ app with the table service option. I scanned the QR code. My order was placed.
After 10 minutes, the app told me, "Your order is ready, a team member will bring it to you." So I waited 5 minutes to see what would happen.
Nothing arrived.
I asked a member of the table service team. I politely called out, "Excuse me, sir," but received no response; he didn't stop.
I then had to wait another 5 minutes before someone stopped when I called out and brought me my order.
The result: a cold order.
Another, more significant problem remains: safety.
The upstairs dining area has an exterior emergency exit and an interior staircase.
However, the exterior emergency exit is blocked by a piece of furniture used to clear trays. (See photo) So, in case of fire, if the internal staircase is blocked by smoke or flames, the furniture must be moved. This delays evacuation and therefore endangers customers.

The woman delivering the orders keeps asking for the receipt. They don't ask for it anywhere else: not at KFC, not at Quiksilver, not at Burger King. It's absurd! Why isn't there table service?
