McDonald's sur Firminy

Hello, this evening at the McDonald's in Firminy around 7:00 PM, a furious customer attacked a young woman who was working the cashier in the drive-thru. This woman (of a certain age) first insulted me and my friend, who were in front of her in the drive-thru, because, according to her, the woman wanted to cut in line (she must have been very hungry, which made her grumpy). Then she turned on the young woman, who was working the cashier, yelling at her. Fortunately, the young woman managed to remain calm and professional, which didn't sit well with the older woman, who was clearly looking for a fight, just as she had done with me and my friend earlier. I'm leaving this comment because the situation made me laugh quite a bit until she started harassing the McDonald's employee, who was at work and certainly didn't have time for such nonsense. We witnessed the scene and hope the young woman at the drive-thru cashier isn't in any trouble. Have a good evening and thank you to the professionalism of the team at the Firminy McDonald's.

Hello, This afternoon I celebrated my daughter Jana's birthday at the McDonald's in Firminy. It was a fun and joyful time. They thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The service was impeccable. The children had a great time. I highly recommend this place and a big thank you to Thibault!

We had a fantastic time as a family at lunchtime! The service was quick and the staff showed little touches that made all the difference! The children were delighted, our meals were served promptly and with a smile. Not to mention the pleasant atmosphere – everything was perfect for a great time. The fries were hot and crispy (just the way we like them), the burgers were well-prepared, and the dining area was clean. You can tell they're well-organized and have a motivated team. We'll definitely be back.

One of the worst Big Macs I've ever eaten. And they all taste the same.
