I want to commend the courage and hard work of the teams this lunchtime (Ascension Sunday). Despite a computer glitch, a busload of 30 students—all ungrateful, by the way (each had their own sandwich and could have easily refrained from coming in a group of 50 on a Sunday lunchtime)—and a staff shortage, the entire team remained calm and helpful. Well done to the manager who handled this service so well.

I waited an hour at lunchtime today; I was missing a large order of fries, a doughnut, and all the sauces. However, given the enormous number of people there (several buses full of teenagers, each ordering individual meals), I can only commend the staff who did their best to serve us. This was despite the rudeness and impatience of several other customers in the restaurant. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars, because the staff remained attentive and professional, and that's what matters most.

The receptionists and housekeeping staff did everything to make my extended stay as pleasant as possible, and I was always greeted with a smile. Congratulations on your establishment and your professionalism.

16/05/2026: I went back for lunch today after a great first experience, and honestly, I'm still just as happy 😊 The welcome is always so warm, the service quick and friendly, perfect when you want a good lunch without any fuss. The dishes were once again delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients that really come through in the food. It's a pleasure to find a restaurant where the quality remains consistent every time. The atmosphere is lovely, you feel comfortable there, and you have a really good time, even during a lunch break. Definitely a place I recommend and where I'll be back again ✨
