Much improvement in the last few months. Twice in a row I've had hot, well-made sandwiches, and nothing was forgotten. I did take off one star, though, because of the approximately 20-minute wait both times, even though there weren't many customers. But keep up the good work, it's a great improvement!

Hello,
we had an extremely good meal at the McDonald's in Les Herbiers, Vendée (85500).
The restrooms were spotless; I could see my reflection in the tiles!
The staff were very friendly and attentive, despite the rush hour.
I didn't understand why there was a barrier of chairs behind the door, but it was short-lived and the situation was quickly resolved.
I will gladly return.

Passing through Les Herbiers on my way from Calais, I had a great time at this McDonald's! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and we received a very warm welcome from the staff. A special thank you to the manager for his kindness. I highly recommend it!

Very good, but the beard cover at the counter is visually unappealing to customers; it's not mandatory (I understand it in production, but it's completely useless in service and even visually very unappealing).
