McDonald's sur Champagnole

Quick, efficient, and complete service. The tour included a clean room.

Very well maintained. The fries were good and crispy.

The slowest McDonald's in France outside of peak hours. So if you come to the drive-thru around 3 pm, bring board games, a book, or something else. Otherwise, it's just a typical McDonald's.

McDonald's, that's it. For that quick snack. ☕🍔🌭

The wait time is super long, but other than that everything is fine.

The meal was served quickly by a very polite employee, the terrace was clean, the tables were cleaned, the only downside was a table of 5 men without children smoking cigarette after cigarette in a covered area and in front of the children's play area!

We stopped at McDonald's after our afternoon trip to the waterfalls to refresh ourselves and get some ice cream with my children. Despite the wait, which was partly due to staff shortages, I especially wanted to highlight the courage and bravery of the person who appeared to be the manager. She managed to handle some particularly unstable and insulting young people with remarkable composure, all while remaining professional. I sincerely wanted to thank her for her attitude and for helping to make our visit more pleasant despite the circumstances. Several other customers also thanked her directly for her professionalism and courage. As a mother, I find the way these young people treated her unacceptable. Well done to her, and thank you for your dedication and commitment; you have a very bright future ahead of you!

I may have waited five minutes longer for my order than at another McDonald's, but my order was clean: a perfectly made burger, a perfectly folded wrap that didn't drip, no salad everywhere, and it was packaged perfectly and carefully, not a drop spilling out of the bag. My order was hot. My drink was nice and cold. In short, it's nice to see such careful work, even if it means waiting a little longer. I don't often leave reviews, especially for McDonald's, but this time it really stood out.

Polite service and tables were also cleaned

The McDonald's in Champagnole is a McDonald's, nothing to say, it's a fast-food restaurant like all the other McDonald's.
