Okay, I came once, the famous "extra++ deluxe" sandwich was dry, sorry, the bread wasn't right. But tonight at the same time, it was superb, and I reheated it at home. Honestly, I think it was the managers who were there, that's why. (And the woman who often cleans, well, a little shout-out because you're great, I shouldn't say anything, but you're really smiling, and that's it.) I hope to raise the rating a bit 😊

I always order click and collect. Every time I go, something's missing. My little girl rarely gets her book with her Happy Meal, either because they forgot it or because they're out of stock. I order nuggets and end up with a hamburger. The nugget sauce is always missing. As for the McFlurries, there's either hardly any topping or more topping than ice cream. In short, it's becoming so annoying that I'm going to switch to a different place.

29/04/2026: Simply the best pizzas in Champagnole (and the surrounding area). The owner and staff are super friendly, the service is fast, the prices are reasonable, and there's a warm, family atmosphere among the customers. Thank you, Christelle and her sweetheart! Again last night (and as usual!), absolutely fantastic!!! We vote "Jojo Pizza"!
18/12/2025: The chef is fantastic, the owner is perfect and very kind, I highly recommend it, and the pizzas are very generously topped.

28/05/2026: The welcome was impeccable, the service flawless, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exquisite. A special thank you for the wonderful early breakfasts! ✌🏻
15/05/2026: Second stay at this hotel. We booked a deluxe suite with a spa bath, half-board, and access to the relaxation area. We were, however, a little disappointed with the first meal, as the set menu was mandatory with no choice available, but this wasn't mentioned when we booked, which was a shame. For the second evening, we had the gourmet menu with a choice of two courses, and it was an exquisite meal! During our first stay, for just one night, we enjoyed the gourmet menu from the very first evening. We even extended our stay by an extra night in a standard room with the half-board option, which also included the gourmet menu. Despite this, our stay was pleasant. The staff is excellent, and the second evening's meal was delicious.
