They take a long time to serve even though nobody's in the McDonald's, but other than that, it's great.

I'm giving it 5 stars… but let's be very clear: these 5 stars are solely for Axel, the manager!!! A huge thank you to Axel, who was the only one to demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and business acumen. Axel was able to offer a solution, unlike the rest of the experience, which was simply catastrophic. Frankly, it's lucky Axel was there, because without him, the review would have been very different. As for the rest, the experience was… how shall I put it… worthy of an experimental McDonald's concept. I was greeted by a particularly unpleasant and haughty brunette waitress who clearly hadn't planned on listening to customers that day. I asked for mayonnaise, and I was curtly told that "it wasn't in the order," even though it was. A fine demonstration of customer service. As for the food, the fries were more like inedible burnt bits than actual fries. Another small surprise: a tray half fries, half potato wedges. A new McDonald's thing or a joke? The mystery remains. I ordered a double fish… and received a Big Mac. You can tell the kitchen was lacking inspiration. As for the sandwich I received afterward, it looked and felt like shoe leather. Special mention goes to the "Mac Eggs" reimagined: I didn't know McDonald's now offered sandwiches invented on-site. And to top it all off: toilets in a disgusting state, dirty tables… a truly immersive experience. In short, 5 stars only for AXEL. Thank you, AXEL, for salvaging what you could from a truly disastrous experience. It's clearly AXEL that deserves the stars, not the restaurant.

Impolite service, order not respected. I asked for chicken, I received beef, I don't eat beef, my meal had to be thrown away because it was too far to exchange.

We celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday with her friends today, and all the children were thrilled! Pauline handled the organization beforehand and the entertainment on the day itself; she was fantastic from start to finish, both during our communications and on-site! It's not easy managing 10 little ones that age, so kudos to her! Parents were also very well looked after with a complimentary drink! Plus, with this heatwave, it was so nice to be cool inside! We're very happy with the value for money, and we'll definitely do it again! It brought back fond memories of our generation and those McDonald's birthday parties back in the day 😉 Alma's parents
