Good... Friendly staff... Just one small drawback...the toilets weren't very clean...

Thank you for your participation and generosity. The RI2M children's races were a great success with 130 runners. Your snacks were much appreciated by the children at the finish line, and thank you Pauline for being there.

25 minutes for a Happy Meal, where they were missing nuggets. We reported it, received a poor welcome, and asked for takeout because it was taking too long. And then the waitress told us there was no need to be unpleasant! LOL, they're at fault and it's the customers who are being unpleasant. The outdoor and indoor tables were dirty. Verdict: if we could give zero stars and never go back there!

We came for lunch yesterday and the dining room was very clean. The wait was also very short. We were lucky enough to meet a young woman named Pauline. She was wonderful to us: welcoming, smiling, and funny! There was a small mistake with the fries, which were a little cold, but she handled the situation very professionally; you could tell she knew her job very well. She offered us coffee at the end of our meal and offered to clear our trays. My little boy also received a lovely balloon from her, and his Happy Meal was given to him directly—I thought that was so sweet. She was amazing! A big thank you to her and her entire team for a wonderful time at your restaurant 😊

I placed my order during the lunch rush at 12:30 PM and was served in barely 4 minutes. Nothing was missing from my order; McDonald's Venissieux has some serious competition in terms of quality and speed.
