Excellent experience at the McDonald's in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles! We went through the drive-thru and everything was perfect. The order was complete, everything was piping hot and exactly as we ordered. No complaints whatsoever, it was quick and efficient. Thank you to the team for the great service, we'll gladly be back!
During my visit to McDonald's, I received a particularly warm welcome from a very young manager, which intrigued me. He was very friendly, available, and attentive from the moment I arrived. I especially appreciated his professional attitude and customer service skills: he even came to clear the trays in front of me, which pleasantly surprised me. This small gesture, in my opinion, demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. A very good experience overall, with a warm welcome and a particularly attentive manager.
