Forgotten on the order, long to serve, disappointed

Great, my order was very hot, good quantity of cheddar compared to some McDonald's. A very good, very friendly team who work with a smile, it's a pleasure. A young woman with short hair was on the microphone, and she did not hesitate to help me with a problem with my order and took charge of serving me to be served more quickly.

Caesar salad was no crouton no sauce

The waiting time is shameful, 40 min for 1 small menu (with few people)

I am very surprised by the negative reviews. For my part, this is the first time (maybe twice max) that I have obtained impeccable service from this brand! (Please note that I always order outside rush hours) Usually very unhappy in other restaurants, here everything was perfect! Takeaway order this August 8 at 4:05 p.m., ready at 4:10 p.m. If I compare to other places created very recently to test the limited new products of the world, there I had my fork, my spoon, my napkins without having to ask for them. My sauces were there, I got the correct iced tea in the sizes ordered. I was able to eat hot. I wish it happened like that every time! A big thank you to the two young girls (although shy) in charge of my order for taking care to "deliver" it to me correctly and in perfect timing for a fast chain! I also appreciated the attitude of what I think was the manager (young guy in a white shirt), who cared as much about me waiting as he did about his colleagues before leaving for a short break. Clap clap, make me so happy the next time I visit you!

Very good classic McDonald's but however the hygiene and cleanliness of the room need to be reviewed.

It's been many months since I went there because I was very disappointed. Yesterday I went there and I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, very pleasant people, polite and helpful, the toilets were clean as well as the restaurant in general. Concerning the quantities it is getting worse and worse but that does not concern the employees but rather the instructions they receive. In short, I wanted to thank the staff for your smiles and your kindness.

Worst McDonald's in France. It’s dirty it stinks it’s cold it’s not cooked it stings there’s no soap the fries are not cooked lousy
