McDonald's sur Vichy

The restaurant is gloomy. He has aged very badly. Lousy decor. Plus it was very cold. We left quickly. RAS in terms of the menus offered except that as the years go by, the weight of meat becomes reduced. Pleasant staff who seem well taken care of.

Good improvement compared to my last visit in terms of service and cleanliness

A huge thank you to the employees of this McDonald's and to the inhabitants of Vichy! We are not from the region and we had an incredible experience of humanity and solidarity on January 1st. After eating in the McDonald's parking lot, our car wouldn't start. We were worried, especially with our little girl crying in the back, and far from home. We asked around if anyone had cables to start the car. People apologized for not being able to help us directly, but what touched us was that they went to the McDonald's employees for help. And there, it was an incredible outpouring of solidarity. The employees came out, they did everything possible to help us, reassure us and find a solution. Their kindness and goodwill, in the middle of a public holiday when they were already working, was truly remarkable. We would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts these exceptional employees who showed a true spirit of mutual assistance. It is rare and precious to have such an experience, and we leave with a warm memory despite this small incident. Thank you again for your humanity! You make the difference. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Passing through at 1 a.m., December 17. Impeccable service at the drive-thru in 2 minutes, by a very pleasant and friendly young girl. To compensate for the outpouring of hatred in the comments... People are going crazy, if you want to eat gastro, there's always Bocuse. For 15€ you won't even get a glass of coke.

Eating with family Monday October 21 at 1:00 p.m. everything was excellent from the super pleasant service to the hot, well-cooked and excellent cuisine. I will come back to this McDonald's as soon as we come back on vacation ☺️

Mac Donald's with many amenities. Pleasant and clean, the team members are helpful and accommodating. I recommend.
