Once a year is plenty... Forget it. The food was mediocre. Greasy tables, sticky floor.

This is the first time I've had a McDonald's "experience." The service was excellent, with the employees truly attentive to their customers. Special thanks to Joëlle, who made the experience truly special.

Joëlle gave us the best service we've ever experienced at McDonald's. Kind words, a smile, and incredible little touches! Protect Joëlle!

It's still a McDonald's like any other. That's the principle of a franchise, that everything is standardized. 😀

They made a mistake with our order but they graciously offered us the sandwich we hadn't ordered.

Overall, it's okay. The service can be a bit slow depending on the time of day, and there might be a few missed items in the order. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, and the food is what you'd expect from McDonald's. It's convenient, but could be better.

Bar de l’Écluse Gray

03/09/2026: Very pleasant and well renovated
20/08/2026: I want to give a shout-out to this elderly lady who is incredibly helpful and kind. It's not always easy to find someone in Gray... and she's always there to listen. It's important to say thank you and acknowledge the good times! We always complain when things are bad, but in this case, she deserves recognition! Thank you for everything you do.
