The whole thing is good, but when you have 6 charging stations and unfortunately only three are working, I can't even begin to describe the queue at peak hours.

The place is too noisy. Access to the self-service kiosks is difficult when it's crowded, and only 4 out of 6 work. Parking is hard to find.
