18/04/2026: What a shame! It's really not what it used to be... The staff were just wasting time, we waited over 30 minutes for six courses even though it wasn't very busy (around 40 covers), and what about the food they dared to serve us...? The salad was okay... the escalope was swimming in melted Emmental cheese, the fries were awful... we had to ask for a change when it would have been obvious not to serve that kind of fries... We ordered wine as an aperitif, but they forgot about it when we got to our meal... They really need to make some serious changes, whether it's the food, the organization, or the staff... not to mention the questionable hygiene... In 17 years in the restaurant business, I've never been served so badly... and I would never be able to work here... Obviously, we won't be back... I wish you all the best anyway...

22/12/2025: This restaurant was recommended to me. Luckily, because the exterior isn't very inviting. Once inside, however, everything changes. The decor, the service, and the food are excellent. The set menu is only served in the evening. So, I'll definitely be back.

The restaurant itself is quite nice, the decor is decent, and the servers are really friendly.
Where it falls a bit short is the food, which is a shame for a restaurant. We came as a group with a set menu for the whole table (a choice between meat and fish, at least), and despite their kindness and good intentions, it really wasn't great. The starter was good, but the main course... the duck was overcooked and inedible, and the vegetables were bland. The desserts weren't much better; the little pastries were very average in terms of taste.
Another major drawback: we had a baby with us. They were kind enough to provide a high chair, but it was in a terrible state: stains, sticky patches, crumbs, etc. So, the baby couldn't be put in it.
Despite this, I want to emphasize the kindness and attentiveness of the restaurant staff.

13/02/2026: Disappointed tonight, the meat was poor quality.
No desserts, the ice cream wasn't good.
On my way home, I had terrible diarrhea. That's it, I'm not going back.
24/01/2026: Passing through for the evening, we decided to stop for dinner here. It was a bad experience. For an all-you-can-eat buffet, the dishes were bland, the meat was very poor quality (gray beef), and there was no sushi or maki. The desserts were unappealing and tasteless. We even found a hair in our food.
However, the young waitress was very pleasant and helpful, and they offered us a discount for the hair. I do not recommend this establishment.

28/01/2026: The place is too noisy. Access to the self-service kiosks is difficult when it's crowded, and only 4 out of 6 work.
Parking is hard to find.
25/01/2026: Passing through Gray, I stopped at this McDonald's. The dining area was clean and the setting pleasant. So why this rating? The service and staff were extremely unpleasant and rude. Don't bother asking for information; you're bothering them and they'll brush you off (especially the older woman who worked there).

05/06/2024: J’ai eu l’occasion de manger à plusieurs reprises dans cette enseigne renommée. Habituellement, j’y allais avec mon ami, très apprécié par les gens de cette enseigne. Tout naturellement, je me suis retrouvé à devoir manger sur gray j’ai donc forcément pensé à aller là-bas. Quel fut ma déception quand j’ai vu comme nous, nous avons été reçu ! J’ai été obligé de réclamer nos salades. Nous avons été obligé de réclamer de l’eau à trois reprises avant que la carafe arrive. Nous nous sommes régalés, bien sûr, car la cuisine est très bonne. Sauf que aujourd’hui sur toutes les personnes que nous étions sept.(7 ) nous sommes tous aujourd’hui déranger. Est-ce une coïncidence. Une chose est sûre avec ou sans mon ami. Je ne reviendrai plus.

28/07/2024: Dîner pris dans ce lieu agréable. Nous avons choisi la terrasse, tout allait bien avant que n'arrive un orage... Bon avec les parasols étanches, nous avons pu resté à l'extérieur... juste à faire attention avec la terrasse en bois, très glissante !
Notre choix s'est porté sur :
Morbiflette, beaucoup de pommes de terre, peu de lardons et de morbier...
Assiette terre et mer, elle existe en 2 versions, normale et en repas. Ça ne sert à rien de prendre en repas, c'est 4e plus cher pour de la salade en plus !!
Burger Franc-contois, rien d'exceptionnel.
Bonne Tarte du jour à la mirabelle, présentation originale.
Repas qualité-prix correct dans l'ensemble.
23/05/2024: Dans un joli cadre, tout en bois avec une décoration vraiment sympa, vous serez accueillis par trois jolies jeunes femmes, dont l’une d’elle, a les plus beaux yeux qui m’ai jamais été donné de voir. Passé ce constat, le service est impeccable et redoutable d’efficacité. Si vous êtes pressé, vous n’aurez aucun problème d’être à l’heure à votre rendez-vous. Si vous voulez apprécier ce moment, la vue sur la Saône saura aussi vous combler. Les plats sont un équilibre parfait, joliment présentés. Le tarif est vraiment bien placé au vu des assiettes. Ne passez pas à côté de cette belle adresse, pour ma part j’essaierai d’y retourner dès que possible. C’est la deuxième fois que je m’y rends et j’en suis satisfait. Merci à toute l’équipe de ce restaurant de faire le job.

26/08/2024: Sehr freundlich, sehr effizient, sehr aufmerksam, obwohl das Restaurant voll war! Angenehme Karte. Wir hatten einen Teller Chevre Chaud (gratinierter Ziegenkäse auf Salatbett). Eine schöne Portion des luftigen Köses auf einem Bett von frischem Salat an guter französischer Sauce.
