I went to the drive-thru this evening, Saturday, May 30, 2026, around midnight. The attendant at the kiosk was very friendly, as was the person handing over the order; it's quite pleasant to encounter such nice and smiling people.

I was going to give it 5 stars, until I got a lecture because I dared to ask for the sauce I'd paid for but which wasn't on my tray... Apparently, the manager said he'd put all the sauces on... unless I'm blind, there was nothing on my tray except my son's ketchup. They should have checked, but no, I got a lecture when they finally gave me the sauce... Anyway, I'll go to a competitor now if I'm going to be indirectly accused of stealing sauce. ✋️

It's a shame to have a click and collect app to save time. It doesn't work here because the establishment hasn't validated it.

Meh.
Sure, the dining area has been completely renovated and the drive-thru now has two lanes, but it's still a McDonald's.
The few employees there are under immense pressure due to a very tight staffing management system, all in the name of cutting costs as much as possible.
The only result of all this is rushed orders from exhausted employees who get yelled at by customers even though they're doing their best.
Honestly, hang in there, guys.
