Citizen Coffee sur Rouen

My father loved it. I go there often, sometimes for brunch, sometimes for a little treat, but I'm never disappointed. The service is always pleasant, and the menu, which changes regularly, is varied and delicious. It's a place not to be missed if you're in Rouen.

Cool place! Lovely sitting in the shade of large trees. Positive atmosphere, tasty food, and friendly service. Highly recommended.

We had a small breakfast here. The food was fresh and good, although the pancakes weren't that great. Besides eggs, bread, and salmon, there was coffee and tea. The cutlery, glasses, etc., could have been a bit cleaner, but it was okay.

Second visit this week. A rather fine burger followed by a small cookie (because that's all I could eat!) Really friendly staff too.

I stopped by yesterday afternoon for lunch and had the best Caesar salad wrap in Rouen. I'd been looking for one everywhere since it's a very common dish in New York and London. It was delicious. The dressing was perfectly balanced, the wrap was crispy, generous, and truly excellent. They also make it as a standalone Caesar salad, so for those looking for the best, this is it. The small potatoes that came with it were golden brown and crispy on the outside, while remaining soft and creamy on the inside. The lemonade was refreshing. The young woman who served me is always smiling, efficient, and extremely helpful. There's an outdoor terrace, nestled under a tree, which is very pleasant, especially welcome during the heatwave for a drink or lunch. I went inside to eat in peace and quiet. I'll definitely be back! ☀️

We eat there regularly, as a couple or with friends; it's kind of our Saturday lunchtime canteen! The food is very good and the welcome is warm!

We had a very tasty meal; we had the breakfast burrito and the shakshuka. Very flavorful, and also delicious cappuccinos that are very large!
