Ordered through the app today for pickup. Problem: there's a match on (I'm not into rugby), and it's impossible to get to the restaurant! The streets are blocked off, and obviously, there's no parking available either! In 2026, it might be a good idea for the app to warn you when you order! So I went home without my meal 👏🏼

A very good experience at this McDonald's. The restaurant is clean, the welcome is warm, and the order was complete (which is always appreciated!). The staff is energetic and pleasant. No complaints whatsoever, it was flawless.

Honestly, a great experience at this McDonald's. I've been several times and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The order arrived quickly, everything was hot, and the restaurant was clean. It's nice to be welcomed like that, I recommend it 👍.

Fantastic McDonald's! Thanks to Elsa and Isma for their professionalism and zest for life! And the food is delicious too. Definitely the best McDonald's in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, and that's saying something.

I came for dinner with my sons in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and friendliness of the staff; we were served almost immediately after ordering. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it, and so do my sons! 😂😊😊

02/05/2026: We arrived quite late in the evening, but the welcome was very pleasant and the cocktail was excellent! Lovely terrace, ideal location in the heart of the Chartrons district! A great find!
18/04/2026: This pub is honestly the best in Bordeaux for me! I love coming here to relax after work! The food is great, the staff is super welcoming, and there's always something fun to do with the music quizzes and live singers! I highly recommend it.
