They told me that birthdays at McDonald's were limited to 10 or 12 years max. She offered to reserve a table for me, and I can't tell you how surprised I was when I realized that they had thrown me a surprise birthday party. With my whole group of friends, we were treated to the McDonald's gift bag, a beautiful birthday song on a radio like in our childhood and I was offered a chocolate muffin! The employees were lovely that day, I had promised them to leave a little comment on their very generous gesture, so it's a little late but I finally thought about it.
