McDonald's sur Cosne-Cours-Sur-Loire

Restaurant not very clean. Cold fries! Staff were not very polite! It had been a while since our last visit, and we were disappointed! Plus, the prices have gone up...

The atmosphere at this McDonald's is truly fantastic! I love the decor, modern and pleasant, and especially the famous sofa area that they've kept: everyone fights for that prime spot, and deservedly so! The staff is lovely, always smiling and very professional. The restaurant is impeccably clean, including the restrooms, which are always clean and well-maintained—a real plus. The food is prepared with care: the burgers really look like the McDonald's photos, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning! The ingredients are fresh, the sandwiches are well-made, and you can tell the difference. During each of my visits, there's never been anything I forgot, never a mistake in my order. I've been back several times, and I've consistently had the same excellent experience—and for a McDonald's, that's remarkable! This is the second time I've come here and been served by a young woman who is really unfriendly. The last time I went through the drive-thru, she didn't say hello or goodbye... and it's the same with table service; she doesn't say hello, enjoy your meal, or goodbye.

Sunday evening, the wait was a bit long even though it wasn't crowded. And the air conditioning was cold in November? I don't understand that at all...
