McDonald's sur Clermont-Ferrand

I've been there several times and always received good service, great food, and of course, a clean and pleasant place.

McDonald's A classic burger and fries fast-food product. Perfect for a quick meal. It's not gourmet cuisine, but it's filling.

First of all, I understand the many negative reviews, but it's important to remember that the McDonald's in Jaude is a very large fast-food restaurant right in the city center, which receives a lot of orders through Uber Eats and Deliveroo, as well as through its own McDonald's app. The servers, who are mostly students or young professionals, are quite energetic, but you still feel a lot of pressure from the teams, which is far too normalized in the restaurant industry. You hear a lot of arguments and that they get yelled at by managers; it reminds me of my years working at McDonald's... The service is fast and the servers are very accommodating, but you feel this constant pressure to meet quotas, and it can be uncomfortable. You see them running around, getting scolded, and exchanging barbs, which makes the experience particularly unpleasant because you feel more like a burden than a customer.

I only go there to buy McFlurries.

The breaded chicken is very good.

Still as good as ever; of all the fast-food restaurants, McDonald's has the best fries. The person serving on the first floor yesterday, December 18th, was friendly, smiling, and competent. I had to ask several times for my free item with points, as well as salt and mustard. There was no response from the first-floor server on the ground floor, despite repeated requests. So, she ended up going down to get what I needed... thank you to her... but I would have appreciated a bit more responsiveness from the ground-floor staff.

A quick stop at McDonald's before exploring the city. Everything was very good and the service was fast, only very crowded, but that's totally understandable for a McDonald's in the city center on a Saturday.

Pretty good, but a lot of people around 1 p.m. Afterwards, it was pretty clean and served quite quickly and with a smile😃. I recommend it.
