McDonald's sur Caen

We had dinner as a family, the order quickly arrived on the table, brought by a very friendly and smiling mixed race server. We also met Anthony in the restaurant's communications department who is charming and very pleasant! He offered little activity packs to the children. It makes you want to go back!😉 Well done to the entire restaurant team.

35 minutes to get the menus because he had forgotten my order, Unpleasant manager speaks very badly in front of the customers (I don't give a damn, etc.) disrespectful it's a shame to be left like that in front of everyone while talking of my order 😡, after 35 minutes I have the small ones arrive dear me a small one is missing and as a gift a big hair in the friends I often come to this McDonald's but I think I'm going to burp now

Paying 1.50€ more to have an almost empty box is a bit like taking the piss out of the world. I have that to criticize the service and correct and we are served quite quickly but we have an almost empty box (yes I have the same it happens often)

Very well received from Anthony nothing to say about the service the children were delighted they had lots of gifts a big thank you to him for that kindness

Thanks to Antony for his warm welcome and for his kindness. Thanks to him, our disabled vacationers were able to eat at their own pace and were served very quickly. If we come back to Caen one day, we will come back.

Quality of burgers and fries quite average,

As a regular customer for me, it is the essential McDonald's in Caen, with the pleasure of often meeting Anthony there who always serves us so pleasantly. 😊 On the other hand, I was recently disappointed with the behavior of one of the managers (with glued braids) in fact I was able to notice on several occasions that he spoke in a condescending manner to his colleagues (which for me is far from being constructive and motivating) when preparing orders, given his way of throwing sandwiches in front of customers, we wonder if customer satisfaction is really important to him unlike other of his colleagues. I highly recommend McDonald's to provide proper training to its managers to improve their management and customer service skills. This is essential to ensuring a positive experience for customers and a healthy work environment for employees.
