A 20-minute wait at 11:30 am, when it's not very busy. The waitress took my order to the wrong table. I had ordered a book with the Happy Meal, and they mistakenly gave me a toy. Mistakes happen, I understand. Then I asked for what I had ordered, and the waitress said, "Oh, you'd prefer a book!" The food was good.

Cheap fries, sauces you have to ask for, freezing cold air conditioning in winter... Edit in March 2026: Well served, hot, that's great! However, the sauces aren't included when I buy a premium one, ugh, and the air conditioning is freezing cold, unbearable even when eating in a coat, which is super unpleasant... Why?!
