So I was ripped off by 10 cents. My receipt said €10.64, and they tried to charge me an extra 10 cents for a fancy sauce. The restaurant was infested with flies. The tables were dirty. I don't recommend this restaurant. There aren't enough staff in the kitchen. I would like a refund. Thank you.

For once, a really good Mac Fleury chocolate hazelnut, and generously portioned; very often there's too little chocolate. Thank you! 👍👍

The most efficient McDonald's in France, as far as I know, and with a great atmosphere. The restaurant was packed. I ordered. I sat down outside. Less than three minutes later, I was served. They really understand what "fast" means. Well done to the team!

Very efficient and pleasant staff. Second visit in 10 days and this time no broken air conditioning despite 38 degrees outside! Thankfully, there was a children's area with air conditioning. Phew!

We stopped at this McDonald's on the road on a Saturday during rush hour. The service was very quick, the food was well-prepared and cooked perfectly. Kudos to the staff for managing the service so well despite the crowds. In addition, the place was quite clean and parking was relatively easy.

We stopped by on our way back from vacation, and we were pleasantly surprised! The McDonald's was very clean, the food was served quickly and hot. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restrooms were also very clean! They even offered activities for the children while we waited for our meal.

29/08/2026: The welcome was quick; you can really see the team is attentive to customers, as another person came to take our order while we were still waiting. However, the service felt a bit rushed. The service itself was also fast. The downside: my 6-year-old daughter's ice cream, which was sticking out of the cone, fell to the floor at the first lick. After a sigh from the employee, we were kindly given some paper to clean up the ice cream, leaving us with the disappointment and tears in our little girl's eyes. Given the prices, refilling the cone wasn't critical to the establishment's profitability. If the policy on this matter is strict, we would have appreciated being offered another ice cream, even if it meant paying for it.

04/09/2026: The greatest place I have ever been, my family whose been incredibly critical in the past, has been delighted to discover this wonderful place in Saintes. The service is great, and they speak English as well as french which is great for tourists who have been visiting. The atmosphere was inviting and warm (even though it was hot anyway ha ha) and it wasn't too crowded. Once in a while a train (100% electric) would pass through, I thought that was very nice. As well as burgers and chips, they also served coffee and ice cream, there was a lot of flavours and you could get three whole scoops, the whole menu was great, the burgers were big and fluffy, the chips were served in large portions or small, the coffee smelled great! And the ice-cream was dancing upon my tounge after it landed in the critical lands of my taste buds. Considering McDonalds has such a low bar to pass these days it's easy to say; "it's way better than McDonalds" but this restaurant is spectacular, amazing and exceptional. Thank you
