The room is dirty. All the tables have crumbs and sauce on them.

Disappointed with my last visit, the burgers are getting smaller and smaller. The prices are getting higher and higher. The pricing doesn't make sense either: €4.95 for a Happy Meal with four "clouds" (a type of burger), compared to €4.50 for a box of four on its own. The fries are only half full; on Monday, four portions weren't full, and the same was true the following Sunday. After calling to complain, we had to go back to get a new order.

Standard McDonald's, we had a coffee there. Ordering is only possible at the terminal, which I thought was too expensive, and the coffee was weak. It also took quite a long time.

The burgers are always terribly made; they fall over and are never presented straight.

It's a shame we can't give a 0 or even negative rating. I'll skip the issues we've encountered here over the past two years, but we were treated to a fireworks display yesterday!! Yesterday, we waited 35-40 minutes for a Happy Meal, a muffin, and a menu. Not even an apology for the wait. The order arrived with a Big Mac, large fries, and the forgotten muffin. That's 2/3 of the order... I think there's a problem!!! Management? Managers? Organization? Not to mention the number of drive-thru returns we've seen.

Another problem with the order and when you get home you don't have what you ordered... 😿 the worst McDonald's in France, the one that makes you want to go back to a McDonald's.
