McDonald's sur Benejacq

Another problem with the order and when you get home you don't have what you ordered... 😿 the worst McDonald's in France, the one that makes you want to go back to a McDonald's.

A McDonald's is still a McDonald's, but kudos to the team of smiling and polite young people.

Great McDonald's in Bénéjacq. First time here since I'm from Pau, and I wasn't disappointed. All the employees were very polite and kind, and the service was quick. Highly recommended!

A bit long for a box of nuggets at 6pm... but the welcome is cordial and it's quite clean.

Disappointed with my last visit, the burgers are getting smaller and smaller. The prices are getting higher and higher. The pricing doesn't make sense either: €4.95 for a Happy Meal with four "clouds" (a type of burger), compared to €4.50 for a box of four on its own. The fries are only half full; on Monday, four portions weren't full, and the same was true the following Sunday. After calling to complain, we had to go back to get a new order.

This is the first McDonald's where I've seen all the tables clean and the floor non-sticky. The service is quick and efficient. The food on display doesn't look stale. And the staff is particularly friendly, available, helpful, and competent.

I don't know who had the brilliant idea of ​​removing the little signs with the order numbers, but it worked better than it does now. It's funny, you see the employees running around looking for people who have placed orders. Sure, it keeps them busy, but what a waste of time for the owner! I've managed three brasseries in my life, and if I'd seen my employees searching for tables like that, I would have lost it.

I had a problem at the kiosk and was greeted by Bérangère, who was super nice and managed to sort it out for me. I'll gladly come back. All the best to her, and thank you again.

I recommend this McDonald's to penguins; it's very clean.
