Clean restaurant, hot food and lovely staff!

Excellent service, thank you Zakaria! This McDonald's is quite calm and very good, compared to some others. I recommend it if you're in the area.

McDonald's is very good, apart from the atmosphere.

Disappointed with our last Click & Collect order. I had ordered a burger through the app, one of their new items. When I opened the order, I realized a completely different burger had been prepared. So we went back to the restaurant to report the problem. They explained that we were the first to report the issue and that it was actually a computer glitch: when you ordered this new item, another burger was automatically substituted by default. I can understand that there might be a computer bug; it happens. However, what's much more problematic is not informing customers. If the ordered burger is no longer available or if the app is having a problem, it would make sense to let the customer know and let them choose another burger rather than deciding for them. In the end, you order something specific through the app and you end up with a product you didn't choose, without any prior notice. A little more communication with customers would have really prevented this bad experience.
