McDonald's sur Meru

I come to this place often and I have no complaints about the service. However, there are often problems with the ice machine, which is very frustrating when you're ordering a piping hot Coke... We're not even warned by the staff; we get home and are met with a big surprise. Please fix this problem urgently. This is the second time it's happened to me. A gesture of goodwill from McDonald's would be appreciated. Still no ice today. Today I ordered a $280 sandwich without tomatoes, and when I opened it, there were tomatoes inside.

Excellent service, thank you Zakaria! This McDonald's is quite calm and very good, compared to some others. I recommend it if you're in the area.

Disappointed with our last Click & Collect order. I had ordered a burger through the app, one of their new items. When I opened the order, I realized a completely different burger had been prepared. So we went back to the restaurant to report the problem. They explained that we were the first to report the issue and that it was actually a computer glitch: when you ordered this new item, another burger was automatically substituted by default. I can understand that there might be a computer bug; it happens. However, what's much more problematic is not informing customers. If the ordered burger is no longer available or if the app is having a problem, it would make sense to let the customer know and let them choose another burger rather than deciding for them. In the end, you order something specific through the app and you end up with a product you didn't choose, without any prior notice. A little more communication with customers would have really prevented this bad experience.
