I came this Thursday afternoon, July 30th, and was served by (I assume) the new manager, who was very professional, friendly, and pleasant.
While the service wasn't always great before, now it's impeccable. Absolutely perfect.

I've been a regular at this McDonald's for several years now. There have been ups and downs, like everywhere else. But I've always found the staff pleasant. The little "how are you?" at the self-service kiosks was surprising the first time, but nice!
We often complain about the staff's nonchalance, but maybe we should also think about their smiles. Being pleasant goes both ways, I think. And personally, they've always been pleasant.
Yes, oversights happen. Perfection doesn't exist, right? Not even in restaurants or anywhere else. To err is human. But all you have to do is point it out politely, and the incident will be resolved.
For my part, I've always been greeted with a smile and great kindness. Thank you to the team.
