Hello, Good evening Consumer Notice, Today (December 9, 2025), order (684) I ordered McDonald's on the Macdonald+ app for delivery. We noticed that the timer was ticking, but the order hadn't been processed. Following this, I contacted the McDonald's in Fécamp to check if everything was alright. They very kindly put me through to the manager (thank you, Elisa!), who very kindly offered to let us come to the McDonald's in person. Which I did. And it was with immense pleasure that I was able to pick up my order, which was prepared perfectly. Following this, I would like to thank the staff and the manager for their professionalism. A big thank you.
