As mentioned in other reviews, items are often missing from orders. I ordered a meal deal with my family: both Coca-Colas and my fries were missing. We pointed this out to the staff, but every time they brought something, something else was missing. In the end, my fries never arrived. Perhaps we had unknowingly ordered a tasting menu served in several courses… It's a shame, the last course—my fries—never arrived.

The hamburger arrived lukewarm, we opened it and everything fell out, the fries tasted bad, and we waited over 15 minutes. They forgot our drinks and we only got two napkins for four people. The staff were on their break at the same time, hence the wait, and the bin was overflowing.

The staff is very pleasant. The restaurant itself is relatively clean, although there are significant leaks on the covered terrace. However, the toilets are filthy.

The service is great and quick. The atmosphere is decent, the food is okay, the fries and nuggets are very good, but the burgers are a bit pricey for what they are. Some burgers are good, others leave something to be desired. The drinks are very cold.
