Fast service, friendly staff. The place is nice. The restrooms are reserved for customers. The only downside was that there were no more toilet papers.

Very happy with my visit to this McDonald's today! I've never seen such a clean restaurant: the cleaning lady there that day was simply exemplary. Efficient and meticulous, she carefully ensured the cleanliness of the place—spotless tables, impeccable floors, trash cans emptied regularly… All with a smile and great kindness toward customers, despite the difficulty of her job. A true gem to be treasured! The person in charge of distributing the trays was also very pleasant: smiling, kind, and welcoming. In short, a top-notch team that deserves to be congratulated. McDonald's with superb decor and super clean. The only drawback is that there's a code for the restrooms, and if you don't know it, you'll wonder how to get it.

A very well-located McDonald's in the heart of Bordeaux. Prices are average for the area, with a varied menu to suit all tastes. The premises are clean and well-maintained, even when it's a bit busy. The staff is truly friendly, cheerful, and efficient. Despite the crowds, the atmosphere remains calm and pleasant. A good option for a quick break without any unpleasant surprises.

I like this McDonald's for its nice view of Rue Ste Cath from the floor, but for the rest, it is not very practical, quite slow, and the service is not great... See you again!
