For once, the employees weren't jaded at this kind of place. I went through the drive-thru, and the young man very kindly showed me the menu options so I could choose, since I wasn't familiar with their products (whereas elsewhere they just rattle off the items at breakneck speed). And what's more, they were polite, which is really appreciated because usually, a simple "hello" or "thank you" is optional.

I went to the drive-thru and was served by Carla. Honestly, she was a gem! We had to change our entire order at the last minute, and she did it without any problem. Thank you, and Happy New Year to her and her team!
