Family atmosphere.
And the food is excellent. My number one choice in Joinville for quality and price.
25/08/2026: Friendly welcome, pleasant service. The galettes are good, as are the lamb skewers. The crêpes for dessert are equally delicious.
A few years ago, we used to come as a group to celebrate the end of sports classes. I went back today with the children and I'm delighted to see that nothing has changed: still just as good and enjoyable!

20/09/2026: I'm mixed race, and I'm responding to a nasty comment about the gentleman. He's always given me a warm welcome... even yesterday. He's considerate of those who don't eat pork, which is great for them.
This establishment is a fantastic find!
P.S.: Those who are grumpy in the evening, please go to McDonald's.
17/04/2026: The pizza was fresh and delicious for price of 9 euro.
I went there at 00:20 he saved me to survive 😀, because it is no other placed to eat at that time.
The pizza is made at the moment which is nice.
Had a great time and a lot of laugh while waiting.
Very nice person.

27/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! I highly recommend Soul Cat in Joinville. The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is top-notch, and above all, the quality of the products is truly exceptional.
I especially enjoyed their cheeses, and frankly, they are magnificent and delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
An excellent place where you'll have a great time, with a lovely atmosphere and lots of enjoyment. I really encourage you to come and try it for yourself; you won't be disappointed! 😋👏

02/08/2026: A wonderful experience! The owners are always very welcoming and offer excellent advice. The pastries and bread are top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. For Christmas, I always buy the Yule log, which is a real treat. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. Well done!

The opening hours are great, and there's already a wide variety of choices available from early morning.

28/09/2026: An ideal spot between town and country on the banks of the Marne, but there's a catch: the rustic atmosphere, rare in the Île-de-France region, is ruined on the terrace by two loudspeakers blaring a telephone sound. A shame for the setting, and for the clientele, who aren't young and brainless ("I want noise or I'm afraid I'll be bored")... This culture of noise, which shopkeepers (all of them) believe attracts customers, adds nothing, and on the contrary, drives them away, even though this exceptional setting is perfect for relaxation. A pity for this little slice of paradise for two on Île Fanac.
18/09/2026: Bucolic and so peaceful, this restaurant offers more than just a lovely terrace overlooking the Marne (which is gorgeous). It boasts a great menu, a warm welcome, and an address that seems unassuming yet is truly excellent. I highly recommend their couscous and their very friendly waiter.
