McDonald's sur Noisy-Le-Sec

The burger was a little drier than we get in Slovakia.

Excellent service, fast and thorough

Spacious, nice for a family outing before or after shopping. Bonus: The restaurant is located outside the shopping center.

Fast service and very friendly staff

It's very good but a little dirty inside

Hello, I came to eat this afternoon with my son. We waited at least half an hour for our order: 6:09 PM - 6:29 PM, and it still hadn't arrived. I noticed a problem with organization: the young woman responsible for filling the trays was alone and also had to manage delivery orders. No staff member came to her aid, nor did a manager. Orders piled up and were served cold. The trays weren't complete; many items were missing. For us, two Golden Meals were missing four nuggets each, plus the sauces. As a former McDonald's employee, I would have gladly lent a hand. There was no one in the lobby or dining area, tables weren't cleared, trash cans were overflowing, and disposable dishes weren't cleaned up. McDonald's is well-located and busy. It's a shame, but I'm sure it can be improved!

McDonald's is really good, it's a shame it's not halal, it would have been better with more customers like KFC.

The parking is very accessible, and then you can walk to the shopping center after eating.

My ice cream arrived melted. Knowing that it was brought by someone, it apparently didn't seem strange to them. I should mention the photo was taken immediately upon receiving the ice cream.

The staff seemed overwhelmed on this public holiday, the restrooms were very dirty, and a woman didn't understand when I asked her to give us our desserts: two chocolate brownies. She gave me two chocolate sundaes, which I refused because I had a sore throat, and then she gave me two donuts, which had nothing to do with my order, but I finally took them because I was tired of reordering. I would have appreciated it if she had either told me they were out of stock, what would you like, or asked a colleague for help if she didn't know where to find them. Otherwise, apart from that, we still had a nice time together.
