25/05/2026: I should mention that I ordered through Uber Eats. This is the first time I've been so extremely disappointed with a meal I received. Uncle Bumpy is a well-known name in the fast-food world, specializing in chicken. But today, what I received was so bad I feel like I've been ripped off. I ordered the same thing over the weekend and it was excellent. I'm posting this so the restaurant managers can see what the cooks dared to leave for sale. Wings that arrived cold and dried out. I took pictures because I was so shocked. I even put a sugar cube next to a row of wings, it was so unbelievable. I called the restaurant to report this problem, and the young woman who answered told me she wasn't the one who cooked them. What kind of response is that? I told him that if I call, it's so the information is passed on to prevent other customers from receiving what I did. Please resolve this situation; your reputation is at stake, and frankly, with your good reputation, I find it unfortunate that I have to report this. I worked in a fast-food restaurant when I was younger, and I know that food has to be thrown away at certain times. Sincerely

03/05/2026: A loyal customer since it opened, with my teenagers who love fast food, being able to order through the app is so much easier than waiting in line. At first, it was truly excellent, with generous portions and little extras in the orders. My children were thrilled, and I recommended it to everyone I knew because of the quality. After a break, to my great surprise, the menu changed. There were fewer choices, and the portions were considerably smaller. The chicken fillets became thinner, and it seemed like they were just overcooked breading. The "Crousty Bumpy" was added to the menu; it was excellent at first, but lately the rice is dry, there's hardly any sauce, and it's really not as enjoyable anymore. We couldn't even finish it. Hoping for improvements so we can come back more often and enjoy the food like before ☺️

20/08/2026: It was a delivery, no problems at all, and the delivery driver was friendly. As always, the dishes ordered were very good.

09/07/2026: For the first time, I ordered delivery during the week. I usually order on weekends. I wasn't satisfied. The scallops were salt and pepper with lots of sauce. The crispy chicken was also tasteless. The seafood stir-fried noodles weren't good either, and the spring rolls tasted burnt and reheated. Maybe it's not the same food they cook on weekends. What a shame.

22/07/2026: I just called to place an order. I wanted to know if there was a special offer on pizzas for delivery. I got a very condescending man who absolutely insisted on knowing how many pizzas I wanted. I told him I didn't know the number and just wanted to know what the current offer was. He said that since I didn't know how many pizzas I wanted, he didn't know what the promotion was either. I told him that made no sense; you have a flyer, you know the offer. He replied that it was 50% off the second one. I thanked him and hung up. I'm going to order from another restaurant!

11/07/2026: I am shocked by what happened to us tonight. We received a pizza with a defect in it! We called the establishment, and the manager laughed in our faces, repeating everything we said. I've attached a photo. We opened the box, removed the slice, and took the picture. The manager is a disgrace and so disrespectful; I've never seen anything like it in my life. Avoid this place at all costs! I will obviously be filing a complaint.

03/09/2026: Disastrous meal: soggy pasta, too much cream, ridiculous flank steak. The waiter was nice but not very attentive.

03/09/2026: Bad experience, the "owner" doesn't know his menu. The pieces of meat are ridiculously small, the pasta is overcooked, the beer was lukewarm, and the premises and kitchen are in a terrible state. I don't recommend it.

13/05/2026: Excellent value for money at this restaurant, where I've been ordering for quite some time and have never been disappointed by their food. It's really nice to have service like this.

23/07/2026: Bar, tobacconist, restaurant: unfriendly from the moment you arrive, which doesn't bode well. Especially since it's a place frequented by customers. If I could, I would have given it zero stars. Furthermore, with the construction work, it's difficult to access.

10/04/2026: Excellent experience at Celtic! The staff were very welcoming and the quality of the food was perfect. It's become my Friday lunchtime ritual since the change of ownership! The Italian-style tartine with burrata and sun-dried tomato was incredibly good. I highly recommend this brasserie for a pleasant time and especially for fresh dishes and desserts. Thank you to the new chef and the team!
