I've been going once or twice a year for a few years now, but I have to admit that the receptionist hired for the dining room service really adds the warmth that's often lacking in this kind of place.

A truly exceptional experience at McDonald's in Bourg-en-Bresse, thanks to Nadine! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind. I spilled my drink, and Nadine immediately took care of us gently, moving our trays and making us feel comfortable. She truly embodies the warm and welcoming spirit of this restaurant. Passing through Bourg-en-Bresse this Saturday, May 16th, I decided to stop here. What a pleasant surprise! The young man who greeted us was both professional and kind. Polite and friendly!
Furthermore, the cleanliness of this place is also worth mentioning, as is the wonderfully peaceful atmosphere.
Keep up the good work, and congratulations to this young man; I hope he recognizes himself. It's so rare these days to encounter such genuine young people!

We arrived with seven motorcycles in the middle of a thunderstorm and were greeted by Nadine like we've never been welcomed at McDonald's. We were offered a towel and the service was excellent.
Nadine's smile was a real bonus. Thank you again for this pleasant break.

We stopped at McDonald's with our group of eight bikers and were greeted by Nadine, a woman of exceptional kindness and consideration. From the moment we arrived, she took care of us, seated us quickly, and looked after us attentively from beginning to end.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated, clean, with fast service and excellent organization. But the real highlight of this stop was undoubtedly Nadine: a warm, professional, and personal welcome that is rarely seen these days.
Thank you again for this quality of service, which made our stop even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back! 🏍️👏
