Not magical.... children's playroom not top level cleanliness..... in short

They don't fulfill orders, you order carousels and you get cold fries, you order drinks without ice and you get them with ice, the sandwiches are cold, the ordering stations are closed

The easels are not made available at the terminals. This has an impact on the organization and the passage of customers on the ordering devices. In terms of hygiene, it is not the cleanest restaurant in terms of dining room and toilets.

Pretty good McDonalds. Classic but does the job when you're hungry and don't have a lot of money.

No luck ordering takeaway. 1st problem my.cb was not working and I chose to pay at the cash register (pb terminal or cb) The 2nd concern is customer expectations!! it delayed the order which I had to wait + 20 min cee esp54 from 1320 to 1338 The 3rd problem: tlm is busy serving tables it was a rush I know but I threw it to wait no one offered me to look at my esp54 ticket I didn't know I had to pay to finally be served so not great these terminals I I think it dehumanizes the quality of service even if it has improved a lot in room service Macdo has therefore favored those who pay at the terminals in CB on the other hand if you pay in restaurant ticket or cash you have to wait for someone to deign to look at you and you watch TV before complaining for kon finally serves you!! In short, I left disappointed, I didn't have time to eat, I grabbed my sandwich while running to go to work at 2 p.m., 5 minutes late, plus I paid 13.50 euros for a cold sandwich, so I won't come back to take it away Yes it's true, it was a busy time in the kitchen and I had to call on a manager who served me hard but hey I'm disappointed with the wait I had something else to do on my short break of 1 hour so k I was supposed to get faster service and I saw a lot of orders placed before kon could be interested in my useless wait

Repas servi chaud et avec un délai raisonnable. Portion de frite cheddar bacon minime par rapport aux portions du Burger King. Par contre gros problème avec les poubelles qui ne sont pas vidées et qui débordent. Il était 15h30. Vu le monde présent je pense que le personnel aurait eu le temps de les vider. Problème d'odeur liée aux poubelles notamment dans la salle de jeux des enfants.

Potatoes et croque monsieurs étaient tièdes. En plus j ai du laisser mon manteau pour manger comme la plupart des personnes présentes car il faisait froid

Très bien ! Bien mieux que leurs collègues d'Ekinox (dans les mêmes conditions) ! Service rapide et conforme !
