The waiter sneezed on my fries, drank from my Coke, and when we asked for sauces, he pulled out a packet of ketchup that expired in 2022—it's a disgrace! The music is very catchy and makes you want to dance on the windows.

Quite clean and friendly staff. There were no unpleasant smells whatsoever. The restrooms are up to European standards and were even cleaned again during our stay. However, the food is rather below average; the quality isn't comparable to a good German McDonald's. Our kids still enjoyed it, though. ;)

I had the opportunity to speak with the manager today and I must commend his warm welcome. He was a very friendly, pleasant, and welcoming person 😊
I highly recommend this fast-food restaurant, both for the welcome and the service! A great experience 👍🍔

I really wanted to thank Émilie for her exceptional welcome. She took the time to ask us how we were doing, with such kindness, a big smile, and genuine good humor. It might seem like a small gesture, but it makes all the difference!
There should be many more employees like her: friendly, smiling, and attentive to customers.
I had left a one-star review at the time following a bad experience. Today, thanks to Émilie and the quality of her welcome, I'm changing my opinion and giving her 5 stars again.
