I came last week and they were out of Mario toys from the kids' menu. The manager kindly invited me to come back this week to exchange the Smurf toys for the new Mario ones. Which I did. I came back today with my two children. The manager exchanged my two puzzles and made sure to give me two different toys. I appreciated the thoughtful touch. On both visits, I found the manager and staff to be smiling and friendly. I usually go to another McDonald's in the city, but I think from now on this one will be my regular spot 😄 Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome.

I wanted to share my very positive experience with Patrice. The welcome was truly outstanding: friendly, respectful, and professional from start to finish. It's a pleasure to be received with such kindness! Despite a few minor details I mentioned to him, everything was taken seriously and with attentive listening, which was very much appreciated. A very good experience at the McDonald's in Saint-André-lez-Lille thanks to Patrice, the manager. A warm welcome, always smiling and attentive – it's a real change! You can feel the respect and professionalism in his management style. Even though there were a few minor points I mentioned, he was attentive and responsive, which was truly appreciated. A very pleasant surprise to encounter a very friendly young person when placing my order, a smiling manager at the checkout, and the assistant manager who explained the importance of considering customers as more than just a sandwich delivery service. Thank you to the team for the quality of this customer service. I'll be using the drive-thru this Friday evening, March 22nd.

12/12/2024: The atmosphere is nice, the beers are good (even if not to everyone's taste), the fries are excellent and the staff are friendly. On the other hand, the service is slow... Arrived at 12:10 p.m., left at 2:10 p.m. Almost 45 min between main course and dessert... Too long.. 12/12/2024, new visit on a weekday evening. No wait, friendly waitresses. RAS
10/12/2024: Bar : Great bar! A long choice of craft beers, each as good as the other. You can order directly from your table with a QR code. There is happy hour Monday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The bar is large with a ground floor, 2 floors, a terrace on the ground floor and a roof top. The roof top is much nicer than that of the Nū located 2 steps from here, it is large, with a beautiful view of the park. One of the best bars in Lille according to my criteria. Restaurant : We had the opportunity to test their estaminet located on the ground floor. Good surprise too. The food was local and very good. Desserts too. We will definitely come back. Very good quality price. The big advantage of Hein is that it is located a stone's throw from Lille Flandres station, and that it is large enough to never feel crowded. Warm and friendly atmosphere.

12/04/2026: We went there to try the best kebab in France. Okay, we did get some wraps which were good, but the fries were a disaster, what a shame.
01/04/2026: Very average. The hamburger was decent quality, but the fries were awful. The atmosphere was uninviting. The staff was friendly and efficient.
