02/07/2026: I ordered for the second time, several items including a Super VIP pizza. The first time (several months ago) I found it excellent, no complaints whatsoever, hence my desire to order another one. Unfortunately, this time it was completely soggy, almost liquid… the dough was very soft, the best part of the pizza was ultimately the crust. I'm disappointed because I don't remember it being like this the first time; it held its shape very well, but this time it's quite disastrous, it completely soaked the cardboard box as well. I also ordered Tuscan olives, but the black ones have no taste at all; it's the first time I've ever had this impression with an olive… in short, I'm giving it 2 stars (= not great) because I'm going to try again another time with a different pizza, but in this case, it was a complete failure.
01/07/2026: Everything was great. The service, the food, the atmosphere. The pizzas were fantastic—not too big, not too small.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
A very enjoyable experience.

The servers were friendly, but the hygiene there was so-so. The games were filthy and the toilets smelled really bad. It's a shame I can't post photos of the gaming facilities.

22/05/2026: Arriving for a business dinner, we were captivated by the chef's audacity. The revisited 280 is a masterpiece: a perfect balance between the crispness of the bakery bread and the creaminess of the secret sauce, whose 2026 vintage borders on perfection. Special mention goes to the fries, salted with surgical precision, and the McFlurry, a true frozen delight. The counter service is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant: quick, efficient, and the manager's warmth was imbued with a rare genuine warmth. A must-try of the local culinary heritage.

Arrived at 12:10 p.m., left at 2:10 p.m. Almost 45 min between main course and dessert... Too long.. 12/12/2024, new visit on a weekday evening. No wait, friendly waitresses. RAS

Great bar! A long choice of craft beers, each as good as the other. You can order directly from your table with a QR code. There is happy hour Monday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The bar is large with a ground floor, 2 floors, a terrace on the ground floor and a roof top. The roof top is much nicer than that of the Nū located 2 steps from here, it is large, with a beautiful view of the park. One of the best bars in Lille according to my criteria.
Restaurant :
We had the opportunity to test their estaminet located on the ground floor. Good surprise too. The food was local and very good. Desserts too. We will definitely come back. Very good quality price.
The big advantage of Hein is that it is located a stone's throw from Lille Flandres station, and that it is large enough to never feel crowded. Warm and friendly atmosphere.
