There were five of us to celebrate the end of our vacation and reminisce about our trip to Thailand. We weren't disappointed; the appetizers were delicious, from the steamed dumplings to the satay skewers—everything was excellent. For the main course, we had three different curries, each with its own distinct character. My favorite was the beef salad with herbs, which was incredibly fragrant and flavorful. Just one small complaint: the mango sticky rice didn't quite taste like it did back home. Otherwise, it was a true trip down memory lane and a very enjoyable experience.
However, the price was decidedly European...
21/08/2026: A fantastic find! The dishes are simply delicious and prepared with care. Beyond the quality of the food, the service is outstanding: the waitress was exceptionally kind and thoughtfully brought my little black cocker spaniel a bowl of fresh water. A warm and dog-friendly establishment where you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!

26/08/2026: Aside from the fact that they just lost a customer, and frankly, I wonder if this isn't the manager's strategy to increase profits.
First of all, I strongly advise you to carefully check your orders because after several drive-thru orders, there's always something missing.
Today, I went to place an order and asked the cashier to exchange the sauce for another one,
and when I checked the receipt, it was charged at €0.40.
It's not about the money, but rather the principle, because despite several oversights on their part with other orders, I've never complained.
I strongly advise you to go to KFC instead, which isn't far from McDonald's.
Take this advice again: Double-check your orders.

Arrived at 12:10 p.m., left at 2:10 p.m. Almost 45 min between main course and dessert... Too long.. 12/12/2024, new visit on a weekday evening. No wait, friendly waitresses. RAS

Great bar! A long choice of craft beers, each as good as the other. You can order directly from your table with a QR code. There is happy hour Monday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The bar is large with a ground floor, 2 floors, a terrace on the ground floor and a roof top. The roof top is much nicer than that of the Nū located 2 steps from here, it is large, with a beautiful view of the park. One of the best bars in Lille according to my criteria.
Restaurant :
We had the opportunity to test their estaminet located on the ground floor. Good surprise too. The food was local and very good. Desserts too. We will definitely come back. Very good quality price.
The big advantage of Hein is that it is located a stone's throw from Lille Flandres station, and that it is large enough to never feel crowded. Warm and friendly atmosphere.
