A Black man (Emmanuel, I think) lost his temper and grabbed all the easels off the table, even though we hadn't received our orders. We told him we hadn't received them, so we practically had to chase him down and grab his hands.
Luckily, Jean was there to sort things out and resolve the situation.

Crowded place, but visited during school holidays...
Double check table service as items were missing even if paid for.
Tables and toilets not very clean due to amount of people in the place.
Some self ordering stations were not working.

Special shout-out to McDonald's Albertville and especially to Anastasia and Johan, our heroes of the evening! We arrived at closing time, with our phone battery barely at 1%... and they saved us from starvation with a smile!
Despite the late hour, they were lovely, patient, and incredibly professional. Honestly, to be treated so well when everyone else just wants to go home is truly remarkable. Thanks to them, we left happy, full, and with renewed faith in humanity (and in McDonald's).
Thanks again to you both, you deserve a medal... or at least a raise! 👏

I was feeling a bit discouraged when I arrived… the evening had started badly, and I was afraid it would end the same way.
Then we went into McDonald’s in Albertville, and everything changed.
Anastasia and Johan were incredibly kind and attentive. A gentle look, a few warm words, and I immediately felt valued. It wasn’t “just” a fast-food place that evening; it was a bright haven in the cool of Albertville.
The meal tasted of comfort, sharing, and simple joy. We laughed, we regained our energy, and the disappointment vanished.

After the excitement of the Olympic Games opening ceremony at the Albertville Olympic Stadium, we needed a real moment of comfort.

From the moment we arrived, Anastasia and Johan were very pleasant, friendly, and remarkably efficient.
