McDonald's sur Villers-Cotterets

I only note the VC restaurant: the staff is particularly friendly and attentive to the customer. The burgers were well made. On the other hand, 1 star for the Mcdo chain which only reduces the size of the burgers and increases the prices

I had the opportunity to come and celebrate my license by coming to the McDonald's in Villers because the one in Soissons having burned down was the closest. I was disappointed with many things, including the hygiene in the toilets which is deplorable, traces of stool in the toilets, which in fast food restaurants must be cleaned at opening, during midday and at closing, the floor, I don't know what it's due to but I wasn't walking I was slipping on it because it's so greasy or I don't know what, it's likely to hurt you. Then the big negative point, THE TERMINALS, we want to order the terminals do not capture our fingers, we order 1 coffee it gives us 4, we have to delete each time it's long. Hoping that improvements are to be expected. Then the brownie looked more like a soft chocolate cake.

Mac Donald's very well maintained and even the toilets with undeniable cleanliness, family spirit, the team is attentive to the customer and available. A special mention to Alexis the manager: I appreciated his humanity, he instills great cohesion and motivates his teams: qualities that have become so rare in the professional world. Well done and recommend your restaurant.

A very clean and well-kept McDonald's (all the tables were perfect, which is not always the case), with polite and smiling staff. No complaints.

Good welcome, clean room, clean toilets. Table service with a smile from the teammate, it's just a stopover for us on the road to vacation. Pleasant experience!
