McDonald's sur Pont-Sainte-Maxence

What a disaster tonight! A burger wrapped in dirty paper, cold fries thrown onto a tray that was absolutely disgusting!! (It hadn't even been cleaned up by the previous customer.) Shameful! It's a shame we can't add photos to our comments!! And to top it all off, the Pop's was half-frozen... And served after a wait of over 30 minutes!

Good McDonald's, fast service, smiling staff, it's very pleasant to eat there.

I went to McDonald's for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. The manager was very polite, smiling, and truly attentive. My order was clean, quick, and served piping hot. It's a pleasure to see such a professional and welcoming team. Well done to the manager and the entire team for their work!

We're regular customers at this McDonald's, and since we've had a chance to take the time to commend someone's work, we thought we'd do it! We ate there with friends this evening and were pleasantly surprised by the welcome from a manager we'd never seen before. Smiling, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to customers, she even came to greet us and clear our table. That's quite rare and deserves to be highlighted, especially in a fast-food restaurant! Our meal was hot, the restaurant was clean, and we could really tell that customer satisfaction was important to her. If this person recently joined the team, congratulations on the hire! As regular customers, we're truly delighted to see this kind of service and professionalism. It's a pleasure and deserves to be recognized. 👏

Very pleasant and super fast service. Clean restaurant! I went today and was pleasantly surprised by the manager, Chloé, I think. Smiling, friendly, and attentive, she took the time for us even though she seemed a bit rushed. She even offered us water for our dog, which was a thoughtful touch in the heat – excellent!

It's been a while since I've been there, I was pleasantly surprised by the service, nothing to complain about, well done!
