Great welcome at the McDonald's on Chaussée Watt by Coraline, top-notch and fast service, and for once everything was piping hot

We came to the drive-thru this Saturday evening and waited 30 minutes at the kiosk without anyone offering to let us wait because there would probably be a bit of a wait (I should mention that there was a downpour and thunderstorms while we waited with the window open!!). So we had to backtrack inside to reach the kiosks (in the heavy rain!). Perhaps they were understaffed, I can understand that, and maybe they were disorganized, but a lack of courtesy towards their customers, I can't. Good luck to the team anyway ☹️ (I know the restaurant business isn't easy!! 😉)

Great McDonald's restaurant! We went there by chance after visiting an amusement park. My partner also works at McDonald's, and I spent seven years in management for the chain, so we're quite demanding… We were really surprised to see that such a small team was providing surprisingly good Golden Standard burgers. When we arrived, there weren't many customers, but the staff were working hard and cleaning, the place was clean, and the employees were well-groomed and polite. The restrooms were quite clean (which is rare). The meal was hot and well-served, our order was complete, and there wasn't too much of a wait for such a small but well-organized team. I think many items are pre-ordered, so they're prepared to order, which makes the timing consistent. The manager was lovely, ran her department well, and was very kind. All in all, a great experience in a clean and calm environment. It's nice to see restaurants like this. Until next time.

The hamburgers were still lukewarm. However, the fries were perfectly cooked and piping hot. The service at the till was excellent. As usual, the staff was impeccable.

Warm atmosphere, friendly staff. Hot food, complete order. I recommend it.

Hello, the team is very friendly, but the drive-through time is 20-25 minutes even though there are "only 6 cars"... I'm not blaming the team, who are constantly busy, but you really need to recruit more staff. (The manager was absent from the department, perhaps just my impression.) To be continued
