After a long and hard day at work, I went to the McDonald's in Tourcoing. And what a surprise it was to find an extremely polite and smiling person named Lucie! A warm welcome that really lifted my spirits. Impeccable service, and a smile all around. I highly recommend it!

5/5! I'm giving a special mention to the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service. As for the food, it's McDonald's, so it's not up to them.

A tall, dark-haired gentleman with glasses, very kind and incredibly helpful; it makes the customer happy. We need more people like him.

Les Temps Modernes

22/09/2026: Very good food and fast service, but very noisy atmosphere.
27/07/2026: A place I would recommend for its welcoming atmosphere, its food, and its very customer-oriented approach. I didn't like a local dish, not because it wasn't well-prepared, but because it wasn't to my taste. And yet, when the bill arrived, it wasn't charged and without me even being told. Such excellent customer service! Thank you, and the waitress was very friendly and smiling.
