McDonald's sur Scionzier

Where did the Maxi Best Of meals go on the kiosk??? Only the Best Of menu was available, and no drink choices other than water, Tropicana, and beer! There were none of the meals we usually order... We left and went to a Burger King, which had everything we needed. One positive point, though: the air conditioning works well compared to its competitor.

Air-conditioned venue, not too crowded and fairly quick service.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Arnaud, who was at the drive-thru at midnight. He served us with incredible cheerfulness and a smile. We arrived just minutes before closing time and he greeted us with true professionalism. A huge thank you again to Arnaud, and I hope his efforts will be rewarded accordingly. An experience to repeat! ❤️❤️❤️

McDonald's Scionzier... Today we decided to get the kids McDonald's to go. I ordered a veggie wrap and we were going to eat at home. When I went to eat my wrap, I noticed that it said "bacon" on the packaging... So I went back to McDonald's and told a woman there. She went to ask her team and came back to tell me that it was indeed a veggie wrap, that there had been a labeling error, and that I could check... I politely replied that if I had known, I would have eaten it hot. She told me they could make it again if I wanted. So she went back to her team and asked for a new veggie wrap. I waited at the counter and I heard some young women working right behind me say, "It's okay, it's a veggie." The woman then came back to me with a wrap that had a yellow label. Except the wrap hadn't been remade; it was cold and the packaging was only half-sealed. I can understand making a mistake, but what I can't accept is being taken for a fool. They treated me like an idiot, thinking I wouldn't notice it was the same wrap... Pathetic. As for me, I won't be going back to McDonald's... There are plenty of decent fast food options without wasting my money there.

Very fast service, I recommend it.

Our food was lukewarm, even the fries were soggy, not great for this McDonald's.
