I don't often review McDonald's, but this one is particularly well-run: ultra-fast table service with piping hot food, and an inclusive staff including people with disabilities. A (minor) issue with an item: immediate replacement.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's was disappointing. The fries were soggy and the burger was very dry. We are used to better quality from other McDonald's locations. Hopefully, this was a one-off, but for us, it is not worth repeating.

Passing through Brive, we had a pleasant time in this restaurant, thanks in particular to the kindness of Hona, all smiles and attentive to our order, from payment to table service.

19/07/2026: Honestly, the staff on Sunday were fantastic, smiling, very polite, and attentive. Sitting on the lovely terrace, enjoying a delicious sandwich, was a real pleasure.
07/06/2026: I was greeted by a very professional, welcoming, and helpful bearded gentleman; I highly recommend him. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

22/05/2026: So, first of all, we go in and order, and they don't even say hello, while we come in smiling and polite, while they sulk all day, unhappy to be there. It depends on the vendor, though. Hyuna, they're super friendly and kind, and they have a smile. The lattes, drinks, cookies, and sandwiches are delicious. Please, for God's sake, smile!
