McDonald's sur Brive-La-Gaillarde

No organization. Incomplete order. Too long a wait.

5 stars for the service. Following a problem with my loyalty card being recognized, the manager was efficient and extremely helpful in quickly resolving the issue. Such a rare gesture deserves to be highlighted. Thank you again, sir. As for the rest, the food is standard fare, and this time it was piping hot. The restrooms are clean, but not excessively so.

MICKAËL AND MAYLINE: THE LEGENDS OF THE McFLURRY. 🍦🏆 I thought I was just going to grab a McFlurry. A little sweet treat, nothing more. I was far from imagining that I was about to experience a gastronomic adventure worthy of the finest establishments. Mickaël and Mayline served us TWO McFLURRIES. Yes, two. But not just two McFlurries: two works of art, two masterpieces, two historical monuments of ice cream. Mickaël's professionalism? Outrageous. Mayline's smile? Illegally effective. The quality of the service? Clearly above the Michelin Guide. The McFlurry was so perfectly prepared that I momentarily forgot I was at McDonald's. I thought I'd just been awarded a Michelin star. Mickaël handed us the scoop with surgical precision. Mayline provided service with an elegance that would put even the grandest Parisian hotels to shame. We weren't served McFlurries. We were served HAPPINESS.

The new McDonald's looks great, but let's be honest, the prices are hilarious. An ice cream costs €4.70. That's a lot of money.

The meal was good overall, but the floor was extremely slippery. There was a sign in front of the toilets, but no sign in front of reception or near the other doors. I asked for one to be put up, but it wasn't. The floor was very greasy and horrible.

Very fast service during peak hours and very pleasant staff

Last night, August 27th, during our visit to Brive, we stopped at your drive-thru around 10 pm. We hesitated to stop because a few minutes before our arrival, a huge double-decker bus full of scouts returning from Lourdes was already inside. There must have been at least a hundred of them 😅. It was incredibly crowded, especially inside where orders were pouring in one after another. At the drive-thru, we were served by Aurélien, and frankly, he was fantastic! Very reassuring, smiling, and above all, he took the time to chat with us despite the rush. It's really refreshing to see someone who remains calm and pleasant even in this kind of situation. He even apologized in advance for the possible wait to receive our order. And then, surprise: our order was ready in 7 minutes flat! Honestly, it's pretty incredible considering how busy it was. And despite the pressure the team must have been under, the burgers were very well prepared and perfectly assembled. No completely squashed or hastily assembled burgers like we've unfortunately seen in some Toulouse establishments… 😅 In short, a huge thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome, efficiency, and professionalism, especially under these circumstances. And a special mention to Aurélien, who truly deserves to be congratulated for his hospitality and interaction with us. Well done to the whole team and thank you again! 👏

An exemplary McDonald's. Despite the crowds, the service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant was very clean. You can tell it's well-run. It was perfect for a stop on our way back from vacation! Others should take note.
