A pleasant restaurant with a warm interior decor. The staff are welcoming. However, the fries are a little overcooked and the wait for your order is quite long, especially for large orders which are served after smaller ones, resulting in a longer wait.

The renovations have made the interior more pleasant and modern. It's a shame they didn't replace the touchscreens on the ordering kiosks, though, because they're buggy; sometimes you have to press really hard for the system to register. Otherwise, I have nothing special to say; it's just another McDonald's, no better or worse than any other.

Meal served in under 10 minutes. Complimentary coffee. Well-prepared wrap and fries. I've been coming once a month for the past 5 years. The work environment is much better now, at least from the outside, which wasn't the case before, with inappropriate and even demeaning reprimands from the team leader in front of customers. Keep up the good work!

Not to be rude, but the presentation of your sandwiches needs improvement. I went back to the Vendôme location this evening and it's still the same: the bread on top is falling off to one side, the cheese to the other, and the ketchup fills the paper wrapping the sandwich. Renovating the restaurant is all well and good, but that's not what keeps customers.
