Meal ordered at 9:20 PM, served at 9:40 PM, even though there was practically no one there (around 15 people seated at most). For two small €5 menus, the waitress's response was, "It's the reuch" 😂😂😂 When the restaurant is full, it must be a joyful mess, so they don't move at the one in Châteaudun anymore.

Hello, Although my experiences are frequent and generally good, I have a recurring problem: I receive the veggie McWrap instead of the veggie McWrap I order. The names are indeed similar, which must make things difficult for the staff, but it's simply unbearable. Especially since I learned today that the veggie McWrap meal is €1.60 more expensive, and until now I've never been reimbursed! When I asked for a gesture of goodwill, I was given a lovely yellow laptop sleeve!!!! My laptop already has its winter cover, so it's useless to me; I preferred to say nothing… I'm still giving 4 stars because most of my experiences are very good and the staff is pleasant.

Relatively clean, well-appointed restaurant. The biggest drawback is the heat of the burgers, which are always served lukewarm or even cold. And the plastic cups have a taste of dirty dishes; really, it's impossible to drink with that taste.
